I adore vintage movie cameras. It's such fun to imagine what memories they captured back in their heyday. This one must have been an important family treasure, as it was kept in wonderful condition over the years.

Circa late 1950s, the Bell & Howell Electric Eye has a 3-lens turret that rotates, allowing you to shoot in Normal, Wide, or Telephoto modes. It has a solid and hefty textured metal body whose core measures approximately 2"w by 6"h by 3 1\/2"d.

Aesthetically, this camera is in excellent condition. It is quite clean in and out. All the components (winding lever, lens adjustment, etc.) move nicely. Please note however, this is being sold as a decorative item. It has not been tested and may or may not be functional.

Vintage 8mm cameras make wonderful collections. Just check out this recent article in the Storque: http:\/\/www.etsy.com\/storque\/handmade-life\/the-collectors-vintage-super-8-cameras-4754\/
