Since each product in our shop is made to order, I do not accept order cancellations. Once an order is received I start on your order. This policy includes “buyer’s remorse" ordering a product and then changing your mind.

Do not mark the order as a GIFT, unless you are shipping it to someone else other than you. I package all of my items the same way.

Make sure you are logged into Etsy. Go to “You “in the top right hand corner, “purchases and reviews”, and then to the right of the item(s) you purchased from us, click on Contact The Shop.

A Conversation box will pop up and reference your order. Please use the Attach Image link (sometimes a camera icon on smartphones) and send your photo(s) to us. Etsy only allows 3 photos at a time. You may have to send more than one message! ♥ ♥ ♥
