Item is not as described. The mobile version of the website you receive after downloading the template from the PDF and uploading it into Canva does not match the demo site shown in the Etsy listing. When I raised this with the seller, she deflected responsibility and claimed the issue was due to edits I made — even though I hadn’t edited anything. To be clear: the screenshots I provided were from a fresh, untouched copy of the template — straight from her PDF. The layout issues were present before any customization. Rather than taking accountability for the discrepancy between the product being advertised and the one actually delivered, she tried to blame the customer.
