Resizing practical designs may compromise their intended use. ⚙️ Simple adjustment? Do I need glue for assembly?

All designs in our shop feature precision snap-fit joinery. For example, a 3mm hole perfectly matches a 3mm tenon. Since lasers create a kerf (material burn-off), we include a "Kerf Calibration Guide" with every download. Adjust your settings using this guide for seamless assembly—no force-fitting or glue required!

Parts do not fit together

Most assembly issues arise when your material thickness doesn't match the file specifications. First, verify your material's exact thickness using digital calipers. Your download contains pre-scaled files organized in labeled folders (e.g., 3mm, 1/8" [3.175mm], 4mm) - select ONLY the version matching your measured thickness. After importing into laser software, confirm slot/hole widths precisely equal your material thickness. Critical tolerance: Differences exceeding 0.3mm (0.012") cause failures - thicker materials prevent interlocking, thinner ones create loose joints. For minor variances (
