The Galway was developed in the West of Ireland from imported English Longwools begining in the late 17th century. Although a very sturdy breed, its pink ears and soft features give it a delicate look.

These ewes stand approx. 5" tall and have porcelain heads and legs. The body is a very stable cast stone (1lb). The fur is a woven wool from the same german source that Steiff teddy bears uses. The price is per animal, so please specify which you would like, left, center straight, center turned or grazing, as they are shown in the photo.
