Because each item is customized, I am not able to accept returns or cancellations once the order is started. If you realize you made a mistake on a personalized item (misspelled a name, gave a wrong date, etc.), just message me and I will change it for you as long as your item has not already been shipped out. All items are double checked before shipping; however, if there is an error on my part, please notify me and I will correct any issues. I want you to love your purchase so if anything is wrong, please message me 💕

When your item will ship/Processing/Shipping times

You can find the date your item is scheduled to ship out by under your purchases and reviews on the Etsy site. Your receipt will be there with your transaction and it will tell you the date it will ship by/on. This information can also be found on your confirmation receipt from Etsy at the time of purchase. If your item has already shipped, the tracking number will be there also I am unable to give a specific date that your order will ship by other than within the time frame that is listed at the time of purchase. I make and ship all orders in the order that I receive them so I don't have any updated information on shipping times after purchase. All orders are made and shipped as quickly as possible 💕

Shipping Information and updates

Shipping dates are always in business days. Etsy's "estimated shipping times" do not always reflect holidays or weekends, they are only an estimate, not an exact date. You can track your package under your purchases on the Etsy site. If your tracking is still updating, that means it is still in transit to you, not lost. Unfortunately, I can only see the same information as you can with regards to tracking so if you have a specific question about a delay, you can message me and I will try to help you, but your best bet would be to contact your local post office directly for the most accurate information 💕

If you did not receive your item

If your package shows delivered but you do not have it, you should contact your local post office and have them check the GPS coordinates of where the package was delivered to. If it shows being delivered to your address, you should contact your postmaster and file a stolen package report with the police. If your item is returned back to me because you provided the wrong address or never picked your package up at the post office, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to have it re-shipped. The original shipping paid is used on the initial shipping and charged by the post office even if the package is returned back to the sender; therefore, a new label will have to be bought to have it re-shipped.

Because each item is made by hand, I am unable to send you a proof of what your order will look like before it is made. I hand stamp all of my book stacks, nothing is done on a computer or with any sort of computer mock-up so there is no way for me show you a proof beforehand.

Can I Mix And Match Bibles And Tabs?

Yes!! If you like a Bible in my shop but would prefer different tabs, just let me know. You can choose from any other tabs in my shop or work with me directly to find a tab set you love 💕

I am currently unable to make the stamped farmhouse books but if you are looking to match a stack, just search for "stamped farmhouse books" in the search bar and you will see a list of shops currently making them and they can help you match your stack.

I love the look & the feel of this Bible. The tabs make it so pretty beyond being pink. I like a Bible that is easy to maneuver through, looks pretty & feels soft. This has all those things. The hard stiff Bibles without tabs are distracting to me. Being personalized makes it even more special. Thank you.
