3D printing is a process where an item is created layer by layer from melted filament using a computer-guided printer. Each piece is made individually, so while we aim for consistency, no two items will be 100% identical. Our products are not injection-molded—they are made to order using 3D printing technology and finished by hand when needed. These natural variations are what make each piece unique.

Our products are 3D printed using PLA or PETG filaments PETG is more impact-resistant and slightly flexible, making it durable for handling. It has a glossy finish, can be translucent, and offers better heat and UV resistance to help prevent warping and fading. PLA has higher tensile strength and comes in a wide variety of colors and finishes, including matte and silk. It’s ideal for decorative and detailed designs. Can you customize an order?

Yes! Many of our items can be customized, and we’re happy to review special requests. Depending on the request, customization may include an additional cost, so please message us first. Colors: Many products allow color choices, some can be printed in multiple colors. Exact matches aren’t guaranteed. Size & Personalization: Most designs can be resized, and names, dates, or short text can often be added. Custom Designs: We can review ideas or reference photos and help bring them to life when possible.

How do I care for my 3D print?

To keep your 3D-printed item looking its best, a little care goes a long way: - Cleaning: Gently wipe with a soft cloth. Mild soap and water can be used if needed—avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbers. - Water: Both PLA and PETG can handle brief contact with water, but they are not dishwasher safe and should not be soaked. PETG is more water-resistant than PLA. - Heat: PLA is heat-sensitive and can soften in high temperatures (hot cars, direct sunlight). PETG is more heat-resistant but should still be kept away from extreme heat. - Repairs: Small breaks can often be fixed with super glue. How durable are your 3D prints?

Our 3D prints are made to be durable, but strength varies by material, design, and use. Kids & Pets: Sturdy but not indestructible. Breakage can create small parts, so not for children under 3 and keep away from chewing pets. Durability & Flexibility: Some designs are rigid; others slightly flexible. PETG is more impact-resistant and flexible, while PLA is rigid and holds detail well. Drops & Outdoor Use: Many items handle normal use, but drops may cause damage. PETG is better for outdoor or humid environments; PLA is best indoors.

What is the production and shipping turnaround time?

Our production and shipping times vary by item. 3D printing is a detailed, time-intensive process, and orders may take several days to complete depending on customization and our current print queue. We do keep stock of some of our more popular items to help reduce wait times, but many items are made to order. Once your item is finished, it typically ships the next business day. If you need your order by a specific date or are interested in a rush order, please message us before ordering and we’ll do our best to accommodate when possible.

Do you offer bulk orders or discounts?

Yes! We can accommodate bulk orders for most products. Ordering in larger quantities can result in savings on the per-item price as well as reduced shipping costs. Bulk orders may also allow for custom colors, designs, or other special requests, depending on the item. What if my order is lost or arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging our items to ensure they arrive safely, but sometimes issues can occur. If your order arrives damaged or broken, or if USPS tracking shows no movement or marks it as lost, please contact us right away. We may ask for photos of the damaged item and packaging, or to allow time for USPS to complete a missing mail search. Once confirmed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Delivery delays due to USPS, weather, or holidays are beyond our control, but we’ll always do our best to assist you.
