I usually mention label size if any and actual garment measurements of the vintage clothes in my shop. Every item is measured and described carefully. For vintage items, please note that old label sizing do not reflect modern sizing sometimes. Please read descriptions and measurements very carefully for the best fit.

Some of my items are from Japan which means their care instructions are written in Japanese. In that case, I always translate it in English and show it in the item description. Other than that, I only describe Care instructions of delicate items if any labels are attached.

Gift wrapping and packaging

For packaging, I use recycled materials to pack my items as much as possible for environmental reasons. Gift wrapping is available depending on the size of the item you purchase, but I will ask for a small charge. Please let me know upon purchase.

Return and Exchange condition

Kihachijo accepts returns only for the reasonable reasons if notified within 3 days of delivery via Etsy messages. Items must be unworn, and in the same condition as they left. Please take good care to re-pack and handle vintage items as they can be very delicate. 4% re-listing and admin fee with £3.00 minimum will be taken out of refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping. Customer MUST provide a tracking number in case of lost or delayed delivery. Refunds will not be granted for lost return items that have no tracking numbers. Buyers will be refunded only for the money paid for the item.

Condition: It is in good vintage condition, showing usage. The bag is flattened.
Inside the bag is clean. The leather detail is fine, but the leather strap is bendy and a little stiff.
There are some white streak marks on the body at the back, the back side of the flap, and the bottom corner.
The interior pocket shows many creases.
The inside zipper and the magnetic clasp work fine.
