IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING TIMING OF YOUR ORDER AND SHIPPING:
My cookies are freshly homemade; decorating them to a high standard requires time, patience, and care. To allow ample preparation time, I ask that all orders to be placed no earlier than 2-3 weeks before your event. I will ship USPS Priority Service 1-3 days, or USPS Ground Service 1-5 days depending on the shipping date you were guaranteed. Please note guaranteed dates are shipping dates only, and NOT a guarantee of delivery. Once my cookies are accepted into the USPS system, my shop is no longer liable for the date of delivery.

SIZE: Standard size heart cookies measuring approximately 3.5 inches in diameter. (Circle cookies will be slightly larger than the heart shaped cookies.)
Cookie Dough Thickness is 5/16 (8 mm).

STANDARD FLAVOR: Vanilla, with Almond Extract (tree nut free).
Other Flavors: All Vanilla, Zesty Lemon, and Cookie Butter

Due to the handmade nature of each cookie, and artistic variations inherent in cookie art, please anticipate slight differences in detail.

INGREDIENTS:
Sugar Cookie Base: All-Purpose Flour, Sugar, Unsalted Butter, Egg, Baking Powder, Pure Vanilla Extract, Salt.

*Signature Vanilla & Almond: Base ingredients plus Imitation Almond Extract (Tree Nut-Free).
*All Vanilla: Base ingredients plus additional Pure Vanilla Extract.
*Cookie Butter: Base ingredients plus Lorann Cookie Butter Bakery Emulsion.
*Zesty Lemon: Base ingredients plus Fresh Lemon Juice and Lemon Zest.

ROYAL ICING Ingredients: Organic Confectioners Sugar with tapioca starch, Meringue powder, Corn Syrup, cream of tartar, pure vanilla extract.
*Meringue powder contains Egg. Made on equipment that also processes: Milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, fish and shellfish.

FOOD COLORING INGREDIENTS MAY CONTAIN ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING:
FD&C Red dye 40, Red 3, Yellow 5, Yellow 6, Blue 1, and/or Blue 2, artificial coloring.

ALLERGEN STATEMENT:
*My cookies are homemade in a kitchen with known food allergens, including but not limited to: Eggs, Milk, Peanuts and Wheat. These cookies may or may not be made on or with equipment that also processes: Milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, or sesame.

INDIVIDUAL COOKIE PACKAGING: Each cookie will be individually heat-seal wrapped in a clear cello bag for quality and freshness.

PACKAGING & SHIPPING: After individually heat-sealing for freshness, the cookies will then be carefully wrapped individually or pair-wrapped in bubble wrap for shipping. After being placed in the shipping box, heavy duty packaging paper is used to fill any empty space around the box to prevent the cookies from shifting during transit. I use strong quality corrugated shipping boxes. With this extra precaution, I take pride in knowing that I have never had any issues with shipping my cookies. However, in the rare instance that there is a problem when your cookies arrive, please reach out to me before leaving a review. I will do everything possible to help resolve the issue. Your satisfaction is always my goal.

FRESHNESS/STORAGE: Cookies will remain fresh if unopened in their heat-seal packaging for approximately 3-4 weeks, and often longer. Do not refrigerate cookies as this may dry out your cookies. Leave at room temperature, or freeze for longer storage.

REFUND POLICY: No returns on cookies. If for any reason you are unhappy with your cookies, I ask that you please do not leave a review before messaging me first as I will do everything possible to help resolve the issue. Your satisfaction is always my goal.

CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER:
I offer a 24-hour grace period for all order cancellations. If you need to cancel after this 24-hour window, I understand that unexpected life events happen. I am happy to work with you on a solution, provided that production or customization on your order has not yet begun. However, please note that I cannot accept any cancellations or modifications within 7 days of your scheduled ship date.
