RETURNS AND EXCHANGES Since all items are customized for each customer, all sales are FINAL. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. We don't accept returns, exchanges. Exchanges/Refunds are only granted if the incorrect item has been sent by the seller or damaged or defective. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

RETURNED PACKAGES The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address at checkout is correct and verified through USPS. If the customers package is returned to me, I will contact the customer, but the customer is responsible for paying postage on the package to have it re-shipped.

MESSAGE RESPONSE TIMES I respond within 24-48 hours to messages sent Monday-Friday. Messages received on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and Holidays may vary for response time. Please send us a message through ETSY messages and not our email because emails are not checked as often. HOW TO ORDER Please choose your size, color and saying separately than add to the card And please do this for each shirt. (For same color and sizes you can change quantity) After that go to the check out Thank you!

Customer is responsible for inspecting the item within 72 hours of receiving the package and messaging us immediately about any defects that may appear on the sweatshirt / T- shirt. We will not replace any items after this deadline for any reason, as by this point the defect could have occurred due to issues that are beyond my control.
