How to Download a Digital Item

Digital items you’ve purchased can be viewed and downloaded from the Purchases and reviews section of your Etsy account.

Where can I find my digital purchases in my account?

1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. 2. Go to Purchases and reviews. 3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. You can also go back to the item’s listing page, where you should see "Instant Download" on the images for the item. There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed.

I purchased a digital item, but I don't have an Etsy account

If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after the purchase. If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk mail folder.

I am having trouble printing the file. What should I do?

All files are provided in high resolution (300 DPI) for quality printing. Scaling: If you are printing the Letter file on A4 paper (or vice-versa), you may need to select "Scale to Fit" or "Fit to Page" in your printer settings. Contact: If the issue persists, please contact us immediately with a screenshot of the problem, and we will help troubleshoot the printing settings.

Do you accept returns or exchanges for digital items?

Due to the instant, digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Once the file is downloaded, it cannot be "returned." Please read the description carefully before purchasing, and contact us with any questions before placing your order.
