The tablecloth arrived damaged. One-third of the tablecloth was faded, or at least its color was faded, as if it had been exposed to excessive sunlight. Additionally, the folded edges of the original tablecloth were discolored from orange to white, resembling cracks. Although the customer service confirmed that it wasn't my fault and said they would refund it, they didn't send any further information, and the money wasn't refunded to my account. Update: After submitting my review, someone contacted me via email on behalf of the company, introducing themselves as the CEO/founder, and resolved the issue. I'm grateful for that. Regardless, I can't give a better rating than the one I currently have. If I decide to take the risk and purchase a product from this company again, I'll definitely revise my overall rating.

Obrus przyszedł do mnie uszkodzony, 1/3 obrusu była wyblakła a przynajmniej jej kolor tak jakby został wystawiony na bardzo długą ekspozycję na słońce. Dodatkowo w krawędziach zgięcia oryginalnych obrusu pojawiły się przebarwienia z pomarańczowego w kolor biały, jak spękania koloru. Obsługa mimo że potwierdziła że to jest nie mój błąd i napisała że dokona zwrotu to nie wysłała ani dalszych informacji ani pieniądze nie wróciły na moje konto. Update: po wystawieniu opinie kontakt mailowy nawiązał ze mną w imieniu firmy ktoś kto przedstawił się jako prezes/założyciel i rozwiązał problem, za co jestem wdzięczny. Mimo wszystko nie mogę wystawić lepszej oceny niż ta którą wystawiłem obecnie jeśli się zdecyduje zaryzykować jeszcze raz i zakupić produkt z tej firmy na pewno skoryguje ocenę całkowitą.
