“Experience has been profoundly disappointing. Item arrived with inadequate packaging, only a stained single layered fabric case, with no protection for shipping. The harp itself arrived covered in significant damage, while the box suffered no damage. Unacceptable seller response. Initially, offered only a partial refund for an item rendered unusable from their negligent packaging. Then promised a full replacement, which I agreed to. After over a month of waiting with no shipment information or updates, the seller became completely unresponsive. This represents a clear failure at every stage: negligent preparation, poor customer service, and a broken final promise. I am left without a gift, without an acceptable product, and without my money. I cannot recommend this seller and urge potential buyers to look elsewhere.”
