This means that customs duties and import taxes are prepaid, and no additional fees should be charged upon delivery.

Please be aware that any costs incurred during this process will be deducted from the refund, including: Original shipping costs Return shipping fees Carrier processing or storage charges Any customs-related fees billed to us Please note: International return shipments can be costly. If return expenses exceed the value of the item, the shipping carrier may dispose of the package. In such cases, we are unable to issue a refund.

“Love our new floating shelf! It’s beautifully made and the color is exactly as pictured. It’s a bit heavier than I expected, but it’s solid metal so I probably should have known haha! It arrived carefully packaged to ensure nothing was damaged. They even included screws painted to match the shelf so they blend seamlessly, along with everything you need to hang it up, which was nice. You can tell that they put a lot of care into their work. Happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend! Thank you :)”

Monique
