Sterling Silver Heart Necklace with Bow
Description
Handmade sterling silver heart pendant with brushed, satin finish on slightly domed surface. A small brass bow has been textured, cut out by hand, and then soldered to the corner of the heart, creating a soft contrast of color between the mixed metals.
This feminine heart-shaped pendant could be an endearing gift for that special someone, or a special treat for yourself.
The heart measures approximately 3/4” wide and 3/4” long and is attached to an 18” silver plated chain with a small brass ring.
To prolong the onset of tarnish, all sterling silver pieces have been treated with a tarnish shield solution which will keep your piece looking new for longer.
All pieces are individually crafted and constructed by hand, and as a result, may vary slightly from the pair shown in the photograph.

Care for Your Jewelry
The metals that I use (sterling, copper, brass) are all prone to tarnish so, over time your jewelry will also start to tarnish. Tarnish appears as dark areas or discoloration on the metal and is caused naturally from exposure to the air, the oils in your skin, moisture, humidity, etc. I do not recommend wearing your jewelry in the shower or the pool as this speeds the tarnishing process and washes away the anti-tarnish coat I treat all of my jewelry with. This anti-tarnish solution only prolongs the onset of tarnish and will, over time, wear off. To help you keep your jewelry looking clean and tarnish-free, I also include a complimentary polishing cloth with each order. With the polishing cloth, you will be able to wipe away the tarnish and restore the original shine and luster to your piece as needed.
