This is a print of the drawing I did for my series, SIDESHOW. My intention with this collection was that each sideshow circus character portrait be a paper doll, but there is something appealing too in the non cut-outs; where the character and their accessories float about on the page disembodied.
This is "The Four-Legged Girl" on a high quality recycled antique white cardstock. The original drawing was rendered by yours truly in pencil. I like to imagine that she ran away to join the circus and used all four legs to get there. She also brought her doll and suticase. The print measures 8 1\/2 x 11 inches; 100% windpower generated its creation.
I embrace international customers. You can choose the following options: 1.) Convo me before purchase so I can create a custom listing for you that includes the likely additional international shipping charges. 2.) If you are concerned that the item will sell out, or familuar with the shipping from the US to your country, go ahead and buy; expect an invoice (pay pal or other) billing you for the difference; once all payments are made in full I will promptly post.
All others, I ask that you allow one week after receipt of purchase for me to process and ship your order; however, it rarely takes me longer than one business day. Your print will be mailed to you in a cello sleeve, supported by chipboard in an unbendable envelope marked obsessively in red with the instructions, "Do Not Bend!!!" When I can, aside from the cello sleeve, I try to use whatever reused shipping materials that I can salvage.
Thank you ever so much for looking, but most of all for buying handmade! We simply can't afford not to in this day and age!
