TROPHY: These cups are solid metal up to quarter inch thick walls with a plastic injection molded base. There are various sizes and all come with one plate to start. These are substantial and heavy ranging from 3 pounds to 15 pounds. The cup is lined and coated with no hardware in the bottom so you can drink out of it. The trophy comes with one plate on the front and one text engraving. If you need to add logos, rush service, or more plates please see our service section of our shop. Message us if you would like updatable plates to send in year after year so we can send you a custom listing. We carve into the plates to leave a lasting impression for a lifetime. We are a 90 year old company who has been updating these locally for decades and keep all files saved to match for your event next year. Sizes of cups: 6.75” - 8.75” - 11” - 12.75” - 16.75” - 18.25”

ENGRAVING: Engrave the front (header) plate with your event name, graphic or logo if purchased. Message us if you would like to add additional plates to the other sides for future years as we have a listing for this. Pop the plate off when you need it updated and mail it to us for a quick turn around to be sent back to you! All files are saved under the cup name or your name so we can match exactly year after year. If you are at all concerned weather your engraving will fit or if you want it a specific way please don't hesitate to contact us. Not providing these specs could result in your logo looking unclear or not being engraved at all.

PROOFING: Proofs are available by purchase only. Please see the services section of our Etsy shop. Add this proof to your cart and it will automatically mark your order for us to email you a proof. Please know that proofs can delay shipping and processing from the original date Etsy gave you. Requesting a proof on the notes will not mark your order for proof. If you purchase a proof after your initial order was placed please message us so we can manually edit your order.

SHIPPING & LEAD TIME: Shipping is free for all orders within the lower 48 United States. International shipping is paid for by customer. If you are in a rush we can lift the free shipping temporarily and have you pay for the service you choose to expedite your order. We print your label as we are engraving your order to keep everything organized. This does not mean we are shipping at that moment, however your order will still arrive within the window Etsy initially gave you.

RUSH SERVICE: Rush service is available by purchase only. Please see the services section of our Etsy shop to add a rush to your cart before completing your order. Adding a rush to your cart with your item will mark your it for expedited service. Purchasing a rush will change our normal lead time to the rush service you select, reducing the process time by that many days from Etsy's original 'Get It By' date. If you purchase a rush after your initial order is placed you must message us so we can manually edit the order.

Engraving is a hands on process, subtle scratches and fingerprints are to be expected. Minor variations like bubbles, cuts, voids and scratches are inherent in hand blown art glass. We will engrave your order as specified unless a help request is sent and acknowledged. If a help request is sent too far after your order is placed we may have already started the process.
