American Wines and Wine Cooking
Shirley Sarvis and Robert Thompson
Creative Home Library (Better Homes and Gardens)
1974, 180 pages
hardcover - good condition

An informative guide to America's excellent to buy, store, and serve them...Classic recipes with wine as the vital ingredient

Grande Diplome Cooking Course
Danbury Press, 1971
hardcover - good condition

All recipes were tested either at the Cordon Bleu Cookery School in London or in test kitchens in the US. All recipes designed to serve 4. This book is full of great examples of the way food was depicted in photography before food photography actually became an art. I love these old cookbooks, because I find it fascinating how food can look so bad if it isn't properly staged. If you collect old cookbooks, this one is a must have.

Remember - If you buy more than one book, you will probably receive some kind of refund, after shipping charges are combined. Media mail can be very cheap for several books. Feel free to ask for an estimate or shipping quote.
