RETURNS------------------- Returns are not accepted. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Although we don't anticipate any problems, sometimes things just happen. If something is not right, please contact us immediately. Our shop is founded on hard work, well-built products, and happy customers. If given the chance, we'd like to make it right. Please be sure to double-check size. Rush fees are NOT refundable. Shipping is not refundable. Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by and you have not contacted us, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. Ship items back within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, with all original packing. Nothing is accepted without the ORIGINAL PACKING.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund less a 35% restocking fee for the amount of the return. Please be sure to double-check size and color to avoid a return. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Please be prepared to inspect and sign for your furniture upon delivery. The delivery slip is a legally binding document. It is your responsibility to inspect your new furniture thoroughly and completely for any damage BEFORE signing for the package(s). In the very rare event that your furniture does arrive damaged, do not refuse delivery. Please note any damage on the delivery slip before signing for your furniture. Please take pictures of all damage and any damage to the box. In the unlikely event that your furniture is damaged in transit, we will fix the damaged part at no additional cost to you by sending a replacement part which may include simple installation by the customer. We can only do that if you've noted the damage

Once you sign the delivery slip, Fore Hill Furniture or The Lovemade Home can assume no responsibility for damage found after delivery, fully inspecting your furniture upon delivery is imperative. Please note: Furniture cannot be refused upon delivery if it does not fit through an entryway. It is your responsibility to ensure the furniture you order can fit in your home. We will provide an instructional video as well. Pieces can be replaced with a screwdriver. If we offer replacement parts and you opt to return the item on your own, at your own expense, a restocking fee of 25% will be applied. We do not provide discounts or monetary compensation, please don't ask us, it is very awkward for us, but we will happily provide repair pieces.

We charge ➖35%➖ on ALL cancellations and returns made after 6 hours after the purchased date/time. This will be deducted from the refund. We are a small, family-owned company. When your order is placed we begin purchasing your materials. A cancellation may not seem like a big deal to you but it is an immediate investment for us.

What materials do you use?

Our coffee table tops are made of Baltic Birch. These are not individual slats. Please feel free to zoom in on the tables in the listings. Table legs are made of solid knotty pine. Laundry hampers and trash cabinets are designed with either Baltic birch for stained items or Glacier Green Medium Density Fiberboard. Laundry bags are made from canvas/polyester and should be line-dried. Our FAQ page is loaded with specific information. Please read prior to purchasing: https://www.etsy.com/listing/1318634742/faqs-for-fore-hill-furniture-extra-info?ls=r&ref=items-pagination-18&frs=1&content_source=25d2363b17a4cb586df4c942da9c9917d7ac356d%253A1318634742&logging_key=25d2363b17a4cb586df4c942da9c9917d7ac356d%3A1318634742

Custom and personalized orders

Can I return an item? Amazon has spoiled us all. We are a small handmade company of 6, since these are hand-made specifically for you, and expensive to ship (around $600 for freight items), we strongly encourage you to read our listing and our FAQ page prior to purchasing. We work hard to provide answers to many questions. Familiarize yourself with our return policy prior to purchasing. We are not a big box store and returns may not be what you are accustomed to if you shop box stores. Please see our terms and conditions prior to buying from us:

What if I want to make a change after the order is placed? Contact us within 24 hours to make changes to the color/size of your order. After 24 hours, it is unlikely we can make changes.
