Yes! Most Pemilyland designs can be recoloured or resized to suit your space. Message me with your ideas - I’d love to help bring your vision to life.

Can I see a sample before ordering wallpaper?

Absolutely. I always recommend ordering a swatch sample first to check colours, scale, and material on your wall. Swatches are available for each design in the drop-down menu and come in a large 30" x 20" size which gives you a great idea of how the print will look in your space.

Can I use your wallpaper in my bathroom?

Yes, you can apply both Peel and Stick and Pre‑pasted wallpaper in a well-ventilated bathroom as long as the surface is smooth, dry, and clean, and the wallpaper isn’t in constant, direct contact with water or high heat. Proper ventilation also helps prevent peeling. Once installed, Peel and Stick is both splash-resistant and wipeable making it a good choice. It’s not recommended to use Traditional wallpaper in high‑moisture areas, including bathrooms or kitchens, as water and humidity can damage the material. Cloak rooms and WCs (without a bath or shower) are usually low-moisture areas suitable for Traditional wallpaper.

How should I prepare my walls for wallpaper - is there anything I need to know?

Successful wallpaper installation starts with great preparation and there are a few things to be aware of: - walls should be clean, dry and smooth with any imperfections filled and sanded as they can show through the paper. Application on textured surfaces is not recommended. - wallpaper will not stick to freshly plastered walls, these will need to be primed first - if you have walls painted with scrubbable latex- or oil-based paints these will also need to be primed. - my Traditional and Pre-Pasted wallpaper is not fully opaque so if your walls have a pattern or a colour this may show through the paper. I highly recommend ordering a sample first if your walls are not light-coloured to begin with.

Can I use your wallpaper on wood, kitchen cabinets or furniture?

Peel and stick wallpaper is a great option for this because there's no paste required so less mess! My wallpapers will stick to most dry, clean and flat surfaces - be sure to remove any grease or dirt first. They should not be applied to latex- or oil-based painted surfaces. Any gaps should be filled and sanded prior to application as if the surface isn't smooth and flat this can show through the wallpaper once applied. Peel and stick is opaque and patterns should not show through once applied. My traditional and pre-pasted wallpaper, while thick and premium quality, is not 100% opaque so any existing pattern or colour underneath may still be visible after application - I recommend buying a sample or applying a white primer coat first.

Will I have to pay customs or tariffs on my order?

All tariffs, taxes and duties are included in my prices in your Etsy basket so you can relax knowing there will be no unexpected additional costs on delivery!

Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

All my wallpapers are printed and cut to order, so unfortunately I don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or not as described. Please read the product description carefully before ordering and feel free to contact me with any questions. I always recommend ordering a sample to test colours and scale in your space before placing a large order. Samples are available in all product listings.

Colour matching between batches

Each wallpaper order is printed just for you, so colours can vary slightly between print runs. My manufacturer has excellent consistency and the difference is usually minimal, but if you’re working on a larger project, I recommend ordering all your rolls together with a little extra to spare to make sure the colours match perfectly.

Processing and shipping times

Printing your wallpaper takes 1-3 working days from ordering and is delivered worldwide via Fedex or UPS Express shipping. Delivery to the EU/UK takes 1-2 working days, USA/Canada 2-4 working days and rest of world 3-5 working days. I will do my very best to ensure your order is printed and shipped on time but unfortunately cannot be responsible for any customs clearance delays as these are out of my hands. I do check in on the status of all orders regularly and will keep you updated. All customs tariffs and duties are included in the price you pay so you will have no extra fees to pay on delivery.

Since all my wallpapers are printed on demand and are non-refundable, purchasing a sample ensures you will be 100% happy with the result.

All sample orders receive a 15% discount code for full roll/panel orders, which normally more than covers the cost of the sample.

Each wallpaper panel is printed and cut on demand to reduce waste, so unfortunately I cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. For EU customers this means that my wallpapers are exempt from withdrawal.
