All of our clothing should be turned inside out and washed with cold water, tumble dry low heat, do not iron directly on print, and do not dry clean.

Sizing charts for each listing will be provided in the listing photos.

Custom and personalized orders

Personalized orders will be ready for your approval within 24 hours! As soon as you review and approve the digital proof we will swiftly craft your one-of-a-kind item. Proofs are sent upon request. Personalized just for you, hassle-free.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We are unable to offer gift packaging or gift messages at this time. However, rest assured all orders ship tracked and you may specially reach out to your recipient when their gift is delivered.

Is it possible to get a design on other products?

Absolutely! Just send us a message with a link to our listing and let us know what product you are looking to get that design printed on.

Are all the items in your shop produced by the same print partner?

No. In order to provide you with the best quality and fairest price, we’ve done extensive research and partnered with printing companies that specialize in SPECIFIC product types. Your t-shirt may come from Florida and your mug may arrive from New York. We only work with the best of the best!

Please double-check check you entered the correct address when placing an order. The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address at checkout is correct and verified through USPS. If the customer's package is returned to us, we will contact you, but ultimately, the customer is responsible for paying postage on the package to have it re-shipped.

Since all of our items are made to order for each customer, all sales are FINAL. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. We don't accept returns or exchanges. Exchanges/Refunds are only granted if an incorrect item has been sent by the seller or is damaged or defective. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your order is missing or if your tracking information shows that your order was delivered, but it has not in fact been delivered, you must first contact USPS for more information. You must also contact us via messenger within 3 days of notice of delivery. We can assist you with filing a claim, but please understand that claims can take up to 2 months to be settled. We are happy to send a replacement order once your claim has been won. Refunds or store credits are never issued for stolen or lost mail.
