📦 When will my order ship?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–7 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and the item ordered. All sweaters are knitted at our partner facility in China which means a little longer shipping time.

Because our items are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or mistake with your order. Please contact us if there’s an issue—we want you to love your purchase!
