Body Jewellery within the UK is measured in mm's. Most piercing items are measured by the thickness and the length. Thickness can be 0.8mm, 1mm, 1.2mm, 1.6mm etc, and the length is determined by the wearable area, ie, the length of the bar in between the balls, or with a labret stud, it's measured in between the base plate & the ball. Please be aware, one size does not fit all. It's advisable to find out your correct sizing prior to purchasing. Once an item has been removed from the bag and fitted, we can no longer offer you an exchange or refund, as the item becomes second hand. If you need any help, please contact me.

Delayed Or Lost Parcels

Overseas packages can sometimes take up to 6 weeks to clear customs so please be aware if your items are taking a long time to arrive - this may very well be the cause. If there is duty to pay you will be contacted by the customs authority to pay the additional customs due. UK parcels are not deemed to be "lost" until after 15 working days. International parcels are not deemed to be "lost" until after 20 working days after the due delivery date for items going to Europe and after 25 working days for Rest of the World. We DO NOT refund our customers until these "deemed lost" guideline dates have been reached, alternatively, you may contact etsy who may be able to assist if you are eligible for the buyer protection scheme.

UK legislation applies to this shop and transactions. This shop displays goods which are advertised for sale and gives information about them. Tracking Says My Item Has Been Delivered, But It Hasn't!

In this case, you the customer have to contact your own postal company and open a "denial of receipt" case. They will give you a reference number, and they will investigate. They will retrieve the GPS data of where the parcel was left and report back to you. We can no longer do this for you. You can also contact etsy under buyer protection to report the issue.

Items Damaged In Transit

If you receive your item, and it appears to be damaged in transit, please take a photograph of the item before removing it from the paperwork. All jewellery is sent in clear poly bags and stapled to the paperwork. If the item is removed, I cannot treat it as damaged in transit. If you have removed the item, and it has a problem, please contact me and I will arrange a return with you. Thank you.

Broken Or Defective Items

Any broken or defective items MUST be reported within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. We do not refund or replace items deemed to be broken due to customer mis-handling. It is the customers responsibility to ensure fittings/balls etc are secured daily, as we do not replace or refund for loss of fittings.

The customer should to be aware of any allergies he or she may have to certain metals used in body jewellery. I will not accept any liability for any allergies or irritations that may occur as a result of wearing our body jewellery items. All items are either 316L surgical steel, or ASTM:F-136 Medical Grade Titanium. All listings are clearly labelled as to which metal is used. It is advisable not to use 316L Surgical Steel For New Or Healing Piercings, please stick with ASTM:F-136 Medical Grade Titanium Only, until your piercing is properly healed.
