Custom and personalised orders

Many items can be customized—initials, monograms, dates, colours, or even fully bespoke artwork. Even if an item is not marked as customizable, you are always welcome to message me with special requests, including design adjustments, adapting artwork to a different product, or adding personalized details. If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for in the shop, feel free to share your idea or inspiration; I love exploring new concepts with customers. Every request is thoughtfully considered. While not all customizations may be possible due to production or design constraints, I’m always happy to explore creative alternatives and find a solution that works for you.

Many physical, made-to-order items now include free shipping worldwide, in addition to Free Delivery Guarantee for US customers with a total order of $35 USD and up. International customers, and those shipping internationally, please be aware that customs, duties, VAT, and other such fees are not included in Free Shipping, it only covers postage. Customers or gift recipients may have to pay said fees upon a package's arrival at its destination.

What is Print-on-Demand (POD)?

Print-on-Demand items are created especially for you after you place your order. This allows me to offer a wide range of elegant designs and product types without mass production or inventory waste. Each item is produced by trusted manufacturing partners upon the purchase of the product, and shipped directly to you.

Who Makes the POD Products?

I work with the American POD company, Printify, who has trusted partnerships with multiple manufacturing companies. These companies specialize in textile and print manufacturing. I create all artwork and designs; they handle the printing, production, and shipping. This arrangement complies fully with Etsy’s policies for production partners.

Will the product match the online design?

I strive to show accurate, high-quality mockups. However, as these products are made-to-order, slight variations may occur due to: -Fabric texture and weave -Screen settings or brightness -Printing differences on textiles -Placement alignment depending on size variations These small differences are normal for all printed textiles, but I review my designs periodically and have even ordered samples of certain items to ensure designs are meeting my quality standards, and then make refinements as needed. You are always welcome to reach out if you have inquiries or follow-up about the design on your order.

Can I send POD items as gifts?

Yes! Many items can be shipped directly to the recipient. In some cases, gift messages may be available depending on the product type. Please note that POD items do not include traditional gift wrapping, as they ship directly from my production partners.

Returns and Exchanges

Digital items: non-refundable due to the nature of the items Physical, Print-on-Demand items: the general policy is no returns or replacements; HOWEVER, if your product is in any way damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, please let me know, and I will work with my print partner to ensure we get the issue fixed. Please take photos of the issues so we can accurately and efficiently come up with a solution. That being said, if there is ever a concern with your product, please contact me right away. I take quality and customer satisfaction seriously and will gladly work with you toward a resolution.
