// FAQs //

Q. Can I request changes?

A. Yes! We offer unlimited revisions for 14 days after the first proof. Not happy? You can request a full refund within the 14 day period.

Q. How many photos do you need to create my portrait?

A. We can work with one photo if it's clear and front-on. We need to be able to see the pet's whole face and chest. We aim to base the design on the photo, so the better quality the photo, the better quality the portrait will turn out to be.

Q. I have separate images of my pets. Am I able to order a portrait with these or do I need all my pets in one photo?

A. Your pets do not need to be in the same photo. We can certainly draw multiple pets/people together using separate images.

Q. I have a special request, can you accommodate?

A. If you have a special request (e.g you want us to include an accessory or a halo for the pet, you want a custom size), please let us know in the personalisation box when placing your order.

**MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

We want you to love your custom pet portrait! That’s why we offer a money-back guarantee during the 14-day revision period. If you're not happy with the initial draft or any revisions, you can request a full refund. However, once you’ve approved the portrait and we’ve sent it for printing, the order is considered complete and no refunds can be issued beyond that point.
