Custom and personalized orders

Many of our medallions can be personalized with names, initials, dates, coordinates, prayers, or meaningful words. We also accept custom symbolic requests and alternative engraving layouts for many designs. Each piece is handcrafted and made to order in our Türkiye atelier. Please leave your personalization details in the personalization box before checkout or contact us for custom requests.

Smaller medallions offer a more delicate and minimal appearance, while larger sizes reveal engraving and artwork details more clearly. Many designs are available in: • 18 mm • 20 mm • 22 mm • 24 mm • 26 mm • 30 mm For highly detailed artwork or more readable engraving, we usually recommend 26–30 mm sizes.

To keep your jewelry beautiful for years: • Avoid direct contact with water, perfume, lotions, and chemicals • Store in a dry jewelry box or pouch • Clean gently with a soft polishing cloth Sterling silver may naturally oxidize over time and can easily be polished to restore shine.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Every order arrives in elegant gift-ready packaging prepared with care in our atelier. Our jewelry is often chosen for birthdays, anniversaries, spiritual gifts, memorial jewelry, and meaningful personal keepsakes. If your order is a gift, feel free to include a gift note during checkout.

Wholesale availability

Yes — we accept wholesale and boutique orders for selected designs. Custom symbolic collections, engraving requests, and special production options may also be available depending on the project. Please contact us with your requested quantity and timeline for more information.

Processing, Shipping & Returns

Orders are handcrafted within 1–3 business days and shipped worldwide via UPS Express. Most international deliveries arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment depending on destination and customs processing. Because engraved and personalized pieces are custom-made specifically for each customer, these orders are generally non-returnable. If you have any questions before or after ordering, we’re always happy to help.
