To care for your SGL jewelry, I suggest that you store it away from gold or sterling silver jewelry, which may make it tarnish. Be sure to wipe your jewelry down with a soft clean cloth after wearing. Do not use jewelry cleaner on your pieces. Please remove your jewelry before bathing, showering, swimming, or using a hot tub. Do not expose to lotions, hair products or perfume.

If you need your bracelet or necklace in a smaller or larger size, please send me a message through my shop before you order it. Most pieces can be altered free of charge. A typical bracelet will fit a 7 - 8.5 wrist. Most necklaces are 18" to 20" with an extender. Read item descriptions to be sure.

Custom and personalized orders

If you see an item and want a special color of crystal to be used, please contact me through my Etsy shop. If I already have the jewelry base and color of crystal it may only take me a few days to create your order. However, if I have to order the setting and the crystals, it may be 3 weeks before I can create it for you. I would stay in communication with you throughout. Bridesmaids and bridal sets can be ordered as well. Those would require more time.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All jewelry is placed in a lovely fushia gauze bag and protected in bubble wrap. Items are then placed in a sturdy mailing box. If you want your item(s) in a jewelry box and gift wrapped, please send me a message through Etsy. There is an additional charge.
