How do I order a customized or personalized item?

Depending on your customization request, there may or may not be an additional charge. Please contact me first prior to purchasing, so I can provide you with an accurate quote. If there is an additional charge, I will create a custom listing for you and send you the link for easy payment.

What if I need my item sooner than the estimated ship date?

Please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you. Holidays are a busy time of year, so expedition of your package may cost additional depending on your timeline, and the type of postal service needed to ensure your package arrives by your desired deadline.

Do you combine shipping if I order more than one item?

Yes. If you order several items, I will fit them all into the most cost efficient package to save you money.

Do you accept refunds or returns?

Due to the handmade nature of my items and the invested time in production, returns and refunds are not accepted. If there is a mishap with your order, please contact me.

Please track your package with the tracking number attached to your receipt. Please note that if your items reads as "In Transit" this may not necessarily be the case. I have experienced many packages that have departed that still read as "In Transit" that have actually been delivered. If you need further assistance, we are here to help!

How do I update my shipping address after I’ve already made a purchase?

Simply email me with your updated address for shipping and I will make a note of it on your order.

These are distinctly high quality cards, with unique messages and designs, and printed colorfully on impressive, textured stock. In reviewing them I realize I have friends and occasions for every single one, to please and surprise them all. Yet the price for this collection was such a bargain! The Seller was wonderfully helpful, gracious and accomodating. I'll be back. Thank you again!

These cards are all either hilarious, beautiful, or in many cases—both! I had so much fun flipping through the pack. Seller was incredibly communicative with me and when I had an issue, they jumped to help right away. Loved working with them. And will do so again.
