About the Shirt:
This shirt is a wearable reminder to prioritize wellness in all aspects of life.
I've spent the past few months collaborating with a digital designer to bring this vision to life — and I couldn’t be more excited to share it with you.
I chose the hexagon shape because it represents deep health. Meaning, we're looking at wellness in a holistic way and pay attention to all six dimensions of wellness: physical, emotional, mental, social, environmental, and existential health.
In the center, you’ll see a face — symbolizing individual wellness and its ripple effect on the community.
The leaves spell out "be well", and wrapped around the design, you'll find the phrase:
“individual wellness is collective wellness".

About Squadstyle:
Squadstyle is my Social Wellness Club based in Frederick, MD. The name represents that we’re all on our individual journeys but we’re doing it together. Hence... Squadstyle.
It’s a blessing to have a community who practices and shares healthy habits together :)
