This order only includes the transfer sheet and not the apparel. You are responsible for transfering the design on your own apparel.

Mono-color designs are printed black or white unless otherwise mentioned on the order notes.
Some multicolor designs show better on some t-shirt colors. Darker designs might not look good on dark colored apparel. If design color and apparel colors are too similar, those designs might not look good on that apparel. Please keep those in mind.

SHIPPING
We always do our best to process and ship your products as soon as possible, but for busy periods our processing time is 1-3 Business Days.
We ship our orders within 1-2 business days after processing.
We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or delayed packages once the package leaves our facility.
International: There might be customs charges and the buyer is responsible for the customs fees. These fees are not included in the shipping cost. You must check with your customs office.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our products are made-to-order, and we cannot accept any returns or exchanges unless your items were sent wrong or damaged.

Due to varying screen qualities and resolutions, the actual colors of the t-shirts or designs might be slightly different than what you see on your screen.

If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you through Etsy messaging system. Please check your messages from Etsy. We will cancel the order if we don’t hear back from you within 3 business days.
