✦ Who is behind the store?

Hello! I'm Ethan, a small artist based in Valencia (Spain). My pronouns are he/him and they/them. I'm the one who is designing, talking to the suppliers who turn my ideas into merch, preparing the orders and going to the post office to send your packages.

✦ What is a preorder?

If any items you want to buy are listed as "preorder", it means that the product isn't ready to ship, and you may have to wait a few weeks or even a few months for it to arrive. Generally, when I mark a product as "preorder," it's because: - The item is out of stock and still have to be manufactured - I've removed it from stock in case it sells out on Ko-fi or while I'm at conventions - The item is discontinued and only available on demand I usually add an estimated date of shipping on the last image of the product, but you can send me a message if it's not up to date, or you need for more specific information about it!

✦ When will my order arrive?

I usually go to the post office every week so that your order arrives as soon as possible, but shipping times vary depending on the destination country and whether the product is in stock or a pre-order. If you need your order by a specific date and are unsure if it will arrive on time, please contact me before placing your order. Etsy's estimated times may not be exact!!

- If you make a mistake when placing your order, ordered the wrong item, or your address is incorrect or incomplete, please contact me as soon as possible. Once I ship the order, I won't be able to correct the error or issue a refund unless I receive the package back. - However, if the error was on my part and you realize the order is incorrect or an item is damaged, please take photos and contact me as soon as possible. In most cases, I will offer a refund or to resend the item.

✦ Common variations in the products

Please note that some product details may differ slightly depending on the batch (size, colors, etc.), and some products are not ready to use when shipped: some acrylic keychains have protective plastic films that can be removed by gently scraping them with your fingernail, clickers have a safety lock under each key to prevent battery drain during shipping, the Doctor Who shaker with interchangeable pieces comes disassembled, etc. Feel free to ask me any questions you may have about the products, both before and after making your purchase.

Please contact me if you suspect your package may have been lost in transit so I can report it. Keep in mind that during peak seasons (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.), shipping may take longer than usual. If your package is returned due to a shipping problem, I'll let you know as soon as possible to resend the package or issue a refund. If the package ultimately fails to appear anywhere, and the order includes a tracking number, I will offer a full refund.
