When will my order to arrive?

Under normal circumstances, we aim to dispatch all orders within a swift 1-3 business day window. As for delivery times, they hinge on your geographical location. Shipping usually ranges between 2 - 7 days but can extend to a maximum of 14 days in certain regions. Rest assured, we're always working diligently to ensure your artwork arrives as speedily as possible.

What if my print arrives damaged?

While our meticulous packaging, involving the use of robust poster tubes for unframed prints, and secure packaging for framed prints, is designed to ensure your art piece reaches you unscathed, we acknowledge that unfortunate incidents do occur. In such rare cases where your print arrives damaged, we request you to contact us post-haste via Etsy Messaging, with photographic evidence. We'll then swiftly coordinate a replacement.

Can I purchase a Downloadable File?

Yes, we sell digital files through our other Etsy Store InVoguePrintStore at: https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/InVoguePrintStore If you cannot find the same print there, please message us and we will create the listing for you.

We only accept cancellations if the order hasn't been printed or processed yet. Our prints are pushed automatically to our ordering system and are automatically bulk printed and packed. Even though your order may say "Not Dispatched" it has gone into the production queue. We try our hardest to get prints out, so your print could have been processed/printed only an hour after ordering!

Incorrect Delivery Addresses

Please check your address or if a gift, the recipients address. we can't offer free replacement orders if you have provided the wrong address on your order. We'll do our best to update the address before sending but our printing system is automated and they are often labelled and packed before you get a dispatch email. We send out 100's of orders each week and it is impossible to find a individual order. We cannot issue a refund or free replacements if the address was wrong when you placed the order. We have had to take this stance due to the large number of claims for refunds, hence this is now our address policy without any exceptions.

As our prints and frames are made to order we are unable to accept returns for unwanted prints. We do not accept prints or framed print returns or exchanges as they are made to order and can not be resold, please make sure you order the correct size of print and or frame. Please be sure you want your print before ordering as we won't be able to issue you with a refund if you decide you no longer want it. We have had to take this stance due to the large number of fraudulent claims for refunds, hence, this is now our refund policy without any exceptions.
