How long does it take you to respond to messages?

I usually reply within a few hours (Monday–Friday). Weekend and holiday responses may take a bit longer, but I’ll always get back to you as soon as I can.

1- Please review all listing photos carefully. 2- Select your item style (T-shirt, Long Sleeve, Sweatshirt). 3- Select your size from the dropdown menu. 4- Select your color from the dropdown menu. 5- If personalization is available, add details in the personalization box. 6- Select the quantity. 7- Add to cart and complete checkout. We produce exactly what you select in your order, so please double-check your style, size, and color before checkout to avoid mistakes.

T-Shirts & Long Sleeves (Comfort Colors®, Gildan): - Wash inside out. - Machine wash cold or warm. - Do not bleach. - Do not dry clean. - Do not iron directly on the design. Sweatshirts (Gildan): - For the first few washes, we recommend washing separately, as - Gildan sweatshirts may release extra lint from the cozy fleece interior. This is completely normal and will reduce after the first washes. - Machine wash inside out with cold water. - Tumble dry low or hang dry to prevent shrinkage. - Do not bleach. - Do not iron directly on the design.

- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing the correct and verified address. - Once an order has shipped, I cannot change the address or redirect the package. If a package is sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout, I cannot be responsible for its recovery. - Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, especially during holidays or busy shipping seasons.

Can I cancel my order?

- Orders may be canceled only within 2 hours of purchase. - After 2 hours, your order goes into production and cannot be canceled or modified.

- Because all items are made-to-order, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or style mistakes. Please double-check your selections before checkout. - If there is ever an issue with your order, please message me — I always want you to be happy with your purchase.

- Please inspect your items within 72 hours of delivery. If you notice any damage or defect, message me right away with photos. - After 72 hours, I cannot offer replacements, as damages could occur outside my control.

Due to differences in monitor and screen settings, the colors you see on your device may appear slightly brighter or more vibrant than the actual printed product. Small variations in color tone, brightness, or print placement are normal and part of the printing process.

Love this sweatshirt! Fast shipping. I’m a medium in most things and this medium fit is great, slightly oversized and very comfy! One thing I’ve noticed with Gildan brand is the “sand” color seems to get pilly more than other colors. Nothing the seller can do about that, I noticed it in another sweatshirt from another shop too. I would just recommend a diff color. But overall, I’m obsessed with the design and have been wearing it all October!
