What is a digital embroidery file?

A digital embroidery file is a file format containing instructions that your embroidery machine uses to stitch out a design. These files are typically created for specific embroidery machines and are used to transfer designs to the machine.

How do I download my embroidery files after purchase?

Once your purchase is complete, you'll receive an email with a download link, or you can download your files directly from your account on our site. Please ensure you have the correct software or app to extract and transfer the files to your embroidery machine.

What should I do if the design doesn’t stitch correctly?

If you experience issues with stitching, please contact us with a photo of the stitching result and let us know the type of fabric and machine you're using. We will do our best to optimize the file for your specific machine or fabric. We’re happy to assist with any technical difficulties!

Are your embroidery designs suitable for commercial use?

Yes, you may use our designs for small-scale commercial purposes, such as selling up to 1,000 physical items. Please review our licensing terms for more details.

Can I share or sell the embroidery design files themselves?

No, sharing, redistributing, or reselling the digital embroidery files is strictly prohibited. The files are licensed for personal or small business use only and cannot be transferred or sold to others.

How can I ensure the best stitching results with my embroidery machine?

To ensure the best stitching results, we recommend using high-quality thread, stabilizer, and fabric suitable for the design. You should also check your machine’s tension settings and make sure the design is properly aligned. If you're unsure about any settings, feel free to contact us for advice!

Can I resize the embroidery files?

In most cases, our embroidery designs can be resized within reasonable limits. However, resizing a design too much can affect its stitch quality and clarity. We recommend resizing within a 10-15% range for optimal results. If you need assistance resizing or want advice on the best practices, please feel free to contact us!
