Shipping
Framed prints are secured in a double wall corrugated cardboard box and unframed prints are shipped flat in a box or rolled in a secure shipping tube. If your order does not arrive in excellent condition, please reach out, so I can replace the item at no additional cost. If there is any damage during transit, I will work with you to get a replacement as quickly as possible.

Prints
Please note that color may vary slightly from how it appears on your screen due to varying monitor settings. Prints are crafted with non-hazardous and toxic free archival pigment-based inks and printed on museum quality, organic cotton, acid free archival matte paper. Museum quality paper is the best option for long-term preservation.

Framed Prints
Frames are created from high quality wood and delivered ready to hang. Color choice includes White, Black, and Natural wood. The color and grain of the natural wood frame will vary slightly for each frame. Each framed photograph is dry mounted and includes a dust cover back. If you plan to change the frame later, you will need to use the same size frame; removing the print from the mounted mat will damage the print.

Returns
Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. Please notify me about your return in advance. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Since all products are made to order, I am currently unable to offer free returns. For this reason, I kindly ask you to carefully select sizes and products before purchasing. If you have any questions, feel free to message me.

Care
Framed Prints should not be displayed under or in front of direct sunlight or in high humid condition. Over time, direct exposure to sunlight and high humidity can damage and fade the print.

Unframed Prints – Use a microfiber cloth and carefully wipe away any dust. Never use any chemical, natural cleaner or water on the print, they will damage the print. I suggest wearing cotton gloves when handling an unframed print.

Framed Prints – Can be cleaned with a microfiber cloth and a mild glass cleaning solution. The cloth should be sprayed with a light round of cleaner and then gently wiped on the frame.
