What kind of products do you sell?

Pastel Patches Art specializes in high-quality digital clipart featuring soft, pastel color palettes and whimsical themes. These graphics are ideal for a wide range of creative projects including digital planners, invitations, stickers, social media graphics, classroom materials, scrapbooking, and more. All products are digital downloads only—no physical items will be shipped.

How do I receive my digital files after purchase?

Once your payment is successfully processed, your files will be available for immediate download. You can access them anytime through your Etsy account by going to Your Account > Purchases and Reviews. Additionally, Etsy will send a confirmation email with a download link to the email address associated with your account. If you experience any issues with downloading, please feel free to reach out and I’ll be happy to assist you.

What file types are included with each listing?

All clipart sets include high-resolution PNG files with transparent backgrounds, making them easy to layer or use on any background. Some listings may also include JPG or PDF files depending on the design and intended use. Each listing clearly outlines the specific file formats included, so be sure to check the product description for details.

Can I use your clipart for commercial purposes?

Yes, you can use my clipart for personal and small business commercial use, like making products, printables, or content for your brand. All I ask is that you give credit to Pastel Patches Art when using the designs. You’re welcome to customize the artwork, but please don’t resell, share, or redistribute the original files, and don’t claim the artwork as your own.

Can I modify the clipart?

Yes, you are welcome to customize the clipart for your personal or commercial projects. You may resize, crop, recolor, or combine the designs with other elements to suit your needs. However, the original files may not be resold, shared, or distributed in their original or modified form as standalone graphics.

Do you accept custom clipart requests?

Absolutely! I love working on custom themes, seasonal sets, or personalized color palettes. If you have a unique idea or need artwork tailored to your brand, feel free to send me a message through Etsy. I’ll respond as quickly as possible to discuss your vision and timeline.

What is your refund policy for digital downloads?

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once files have been downloaded. However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to me. If you encounter any issues with your files—such as download errors, file corruption, or missing elements—please contact me right away and I’ll be happy to assist or resend the files.

I'm new to using digital clipart—can you help?

Of course! If you’re new to digital downloads or need help with unzipping files, importing graphics into design software (like Canva, Procreate, or Cricut Design Space), or understanding file formats, just reach out. I’m always happy to provide clear, step-by-step guidance to ensure you get the most out of your purchase.
