Custom and personalized orders

If you see an embroidered item you love, but aren't sure about the colors: contact me! 😊 We can talk over the colors you would like!

Embroidered items should be washed on a delicate cycle for best care.

I have made a purchase, now what?

Most items are made to order. I will message you as soon as your item is done and packed up. Please reach out if you have any questions about timing. Embroidered towels and small items are shipped first class mail through USPS, they all have tracking info which is available in your order information and most of the time orders are delivered inside of a week. Larger items are shipped Priority Mail. Unfortunately, I have no control the orders once USPS picks up my packages. I wish I did! Please contact me if you are concerned or have any questions and give me a chance to help out before you leave a review. I want to make sure you get your item too!

My package says delivered, But it isn't here!

This is SO frustrating, I know! Please contact me so we can find a resolution. In most cases, a call to your local Post Office will help, if you give them the tracking info - they can help locate your package. Also, sometimes a quick survey of the bushes outside your front door or a knock on the neighbors door may locate it. If all else fails, we can open a missing mail case with USPS, and find a resolution. But please contact me and give me a chance to help out before you leave a review. I want to make sure you get your item too!

I am not happy with my purchase!

I am so sorry to hear this, I work really hard on all my products and I want you to love them as much as I do. Please contact me so we can work to a resolution.

Even more lovely in person! This is a welcome addition to my wall, and a perfect reminder to myself and everyone else who might read it. The colors are so vibrant and it’s so well crafted.
