Thank you for sharing your feedback. I would like to clarify how this wrist compass works, as it is a traditional magnetic compass, not an electronic device. Its functionality depends entirely on Earth’s natural magnetism, so there is no internal mechanism that can “stop working.” For accurate readings, the compass should be placed on a flat and stable surface and allowed to settle naturally. When worn on the wrist or held at an angle, nearby metal objects, movement, or tilt can affect accuracy, which may cause it to appear incorrect. Once the compass is flat, please align the arrow properly with North to get the correct direction. This is standard usage for all magnetic compasses of this type. Customer satisfaction is the first priority for us
