How long will it take to receive my order?

Every item is made with care just for you. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, then shipping time depends on your location: US Orders: 3–7 business days International Orders: 7–21 business days You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is in its original condition. Because every piece is custom-made, we do not accept exchanges, so please double-check all details before ordering.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes! Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production begins, and we're unable to stop it.

Custom and personalized orders

We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement at no extra cost.

Do you offer gift wrapping or personal notes?

While we don’t currently offer full gift wrapping, you can absolutely include a gift note at checkout to make it more personal and heartfelt.
