Despite my order not being personalized the way I asked the shoes are beautiful. The seller has been nothing but a nightmare to figure out a return/exchange. I asked for a personalization through the listing (proof in the photo) and I’ve been gaslit and argued with over an easily solvable issue. They are now ignoring my help request and I am stuck with shoes with random monograms. I’m disappointed because these were supposed to be a special gift marking a big milestone for my family member. Do not buy from this seller. It’s not worth the headache and wasted money.
