Absolutely! If you need a specific size, shape, or cut for your jewelry design, message us and we’ll be happy to discuss custom orders.

4. How accurate are the colors in your photos?

We try our best to capture the real color of each gemstone under natural daylight. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and natural stone characteristics.

5. Can you drill on Gemstones?

Yes, we can provide drilling and its Free, (but for Drill we need Minimum 3 Pieces).

6. Do you sell wholesale or bulk lots?

Yes, we offer wholesale pricing on larger quantities or bulk lots. Just send us a message with your requirements.

7. How should I care for my gemstones?

Most cabochons are safe with mild soap, water, and a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners, or prolonged exposure to sunlight for sensitive stones like opal or turquoise.

8. What are your shipping times?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location, but we provide tracking on all orders.

9. Do you Provide Gemstone Certificate?

We do not issue gemological certificates by default with our cabochons, as certification adds additional cost and time. However, if you need a gemstone certificate from a recognized lab (IGI, GIA, GJEPC, etc.), we can arrange it for an additional fee and processing time. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss certification options.
