Yes! Digital proofs are provided within 24 hours of purchase for all personalized items except ornaments. If you'd like a proof with your ornament, please include a note a checkout. Once the proof is sent, you will have 24 hours to review and request any changes. After that, your order will be sent to production to keep everything on schedule.

Made of 100% cotton canvas that is durable and should last for years. Features 20" handles made from the same canvas making it easy to carry on your shoulder.

Sizing and Colors:
Size chart provided in the listing photos which includes measurements . Please note colors of the design and/or tote can vary from what is displayed due to differences in lighting, printing and screen settings.

Care Instructions:
To wash your tote, spot treat any visible stains then wash by hand with warm water and gentle laundry detergent. Rinse with cold water and hang dry. Do not iron directly on the design.

Printing Process:
My designs are printed at our production partner using the highest quality professional direct to garment (DTG) process, where fabric-grade ink is printed directly onto the canvas and blends with the fibers. This results in designs that won't peel off or fade and gives a feel that is similar to screenprinting (not the thick rubbery feeling of vinyl).

I use advanced AI technology to help bring my design ideas to life. This allows me to bring unique graphics into my product offerings.

Delivery:
I cannot make any guarantees regarding delivery dates. Please see the estimated delivery date in the listing for an expectation of when your order would arrive. If you need by a certain date, I recommend ordering at least 14 days in advance.

Return Policy:
All products are made to order, so all sales are final. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed, so please contact me with any sizing or other questions before ordering. If you receive an incorrect item or one with a printing defect, please contact me and I will work with you to correct the issue.
