How will I receive my product?

Delivery depends on the delivery method stated in the listing. Some digital products are delivered directly through Etsy and are available under Purchases and Reviews. Products delivered via Google Drive include an Etsy-downloadable instruction file with a secure access page. Enter your Etsy order number on that page to verify your order and activate access. If your order includes both delivery methods, Etsy-delivered files remain available in Etsy, and Google Drive-delivered files are accessed through the secure page.

What if I didn’t use a Gmail or Googlemail address?

Gmail or Googlemail is required only for automatic activation. If your Etsy buyer email is not Gmail or Googlemail, open the secure access page included in your Etsy download file. Enter your Etsy order number and a valid email address. The system verifies your paid order and creates Google Drive access for the email address you entered. After activation, the order is linked to that authorized email address.

How many times can I download my product?

Direct Etsy Download products can be downloaded from your Etsy account under Purchases and Reviews. Google Drive-delivered products can be downloaded during the active access period shown on the secure access page. Unless a different period is stated in the listing, Google Drive access is 30 days from the Etsy order date. Download and back up your files before the access expiration date.

Can I change the authorized email address?

If your order was automatically activated using your Etsy buyer Gmail or Googlemail address, the system allows one email change during the active access period. If your order was activated manually, customer-side email change is not available through the access page. Each order is linked to one active authorized email address.

What happens if my access expires?

After the access period expires, Google Drive permission is removed. When an expired eligible order is verified again, the system provides one final 7-day access extension. This final extension is granted once only. After the final 7-day extension expires, the same order cannot receive another automatic or manual extension.

Can I request a refund for digital products?

Due to the nature of digital products, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted once the digital file, delivery instructions, or Google Drive access has been provided. If you experience a technical access issue, contact us through Etsy Messages. We will help you access the product as long as your order is paid, valid, and eligible. This does not limit rights required under Etsy policies or applicable consumer protection laws.

What if I have trouble downloading or accessing the files?

First, make sure you downloaded the instruction file from Etsy and entered the correct Etsy order number. For Google Drive-delivered products, use the authorized email address shown on the access page and check the access expiration date. For Etsy-delivered products, download directly from Purchases and Reviews. If the issue continues, contact us through Etsy Messages with your order number, authorized email address, and a screenshot or short error description.

Can I share, resell, or transfer the files I purchased?

No. Your purchase is licensed only to the original buyer. Sharing, redistributing, reselling, transferring, publishing, sublicensing, repackaging, or giving access to the files or Google Drive folder is strictly prohibited. This includes uploading the original files elsewhere, selling them as a separate product, or using them to create a competing digital product. Access is revoked when license misuse is detected.

Why can’t I download my file via Google Drive?

Google Drive temporarily restricts downloads when the same file receives too many download requests in a short period. Wait a few hours and try again. Also try a desktop or laptop browser, Incognito/Private browsing, clearing browser cache, or switching browsers. Use the authorized email address shown on the access page.

Why doesn’t my file open after downloading?

Sometimes a file name changes during download, copying, translation, or extraction. Example: Wrong: copy of template-theme.zip copy Correct: template-theme.zip Rename the file so it ends exactly with the correct extension, such as .zip or .rar, then open or extract it normally. Files beginning with ._ are system metadata files. Use the real file with the same name but without ._.
