Custom and personalized orders

Please contact me if you have a request for a custom order. If I am able to do it, I will be happy to make something just for you.

Once I receive an order, it will be shipped within one business day. My standard method of shipping is first class package through USPS. You'll receive an automated email (with tracking #) when your order is on the way. The estimated shipping time is 3-4 business days, but occasionally the post office does experience some delays. Your understanding is appreciated.

International Shipping

International delivery is available for most items, and orders will be shipped out by me within one business day. I have shipping costs set at a flat rate, with a discounted rate for purchasing multiple items. The buyer is responsible for any VAT taxes that may be applicable in their country. Unfortunately I have no control of processing times and/or customs, and the shipping times vary for each country. Packages are sent via USPS first class, and they can take 1-5 weeks for delivery. Below are some general estimates for when to expect your package. Please message me with any questions you might have. Canada: 1-2 weeks United Kingdom: 2-3 weeks Europe: 3-4 weeks Australia, New Zealand, and elsewhere : 4-5 weeks

I maintain a "clearance" section in my shop where you'll find a handful of items at a low cost. Because these items are priced to move, I do not accept returns or exchanges on these items. If you would like more information about a specific item before committing to a purchase, please message me and I'll be glad to help.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Items are packaged in a little jewelry box and will be ready to give as gifts. If you would like the item wrapped in wrapping paper, gift wrapping is available for an additional fee. If you purchase multiple items and would like them in separate boxes, please let me know in the notes, or by sending me a message. Otherwise I will pack multiple items in the same box when I can (in order to minimize waste and space).

Exposure to chemicals, water, and high humidity can affect metal and other jewelry components. In order to keep your jewelry looking its best, remember to remove it before swimming or showering.

Wholesale and Large Orders

At this time I do not take wholesale orders. I am a small shop that focuses on selling unique handmade items to individuals. If you are interested in placing a large order for friends or family, please contact me. I create everyday, but since I am a one-woman shop I may need extended time to make larger orders. I will let you know upfront when you can expect your order to ship.

My products are intended for adults. Some of the jewelry components can be a choking hazard for little ones, therefore they are not recommended for children to wear.

Returns and Exchanges

With the exception of clearance items, I accept returns and/or exchanges on all other items (for any reason). Buyers are responsible for shipping any items they would like to return or exchange. Please reach out to me if you'd like to do so; I'm happy to help.

A unique southwest necklace with bold blocks of color. This features genuine stones of turquoise, black onyx, howlite (white, red, orange), and a few brown coconut shell beads as well. All of the stone beads are a flat heishi cut, and they measure approximately 4 x 2mm in diameter. It connects in the back with a sterling silver lobster claw, and is made to order in the length of your choice. Comes packaged carefully in a small jewelry box; perfect for gifting.
