When I make an exception to my return policy any returned orders will incur a 25% restocking fee. All refunded orders will be charged a 20% restocking fee if it is cancelled after 24 hrs. Please understand my items are handmade and take a lot of time to create and I start orders as soon as I receive them.

Where is my order or when will it ship?

You can find this info under purchases and reviews. ALL shipping dates are estimations. I do not guarantee delivery by any dates given. If you feel your item is taking too long to ship please just reach out and I can cancel for you.

PAINTNED MASON JARS: Painted mason jars are not dishwasher safe and cannot sit for long period of time in puddles of water. They can be rinsed out on the inside when need be, just do not submerge in water. Wipe them down periodically with a damp towel or a Lysol wipe. To bring back some luster use a soft, clean towel and add a very small spray of Old English. WOOD PRODUCTS: Wipe them down periodically with Old English, this will bring your piece back to life and add protection to the wood. They can also be washed with water just dry promptly.

They measure approximately 14" tall without florals and just under 5" wide.
