Double drop spindle kit in our colorway, Biloxi Blues. Not, sure which spindle to learn on? This kit contains both top whorl & bottom whorl spindles! The spindles weigh approximately 1.7 ounces each and are both 12" tall. The kit can be made with 2 top whorls or 2 bottom whorls for sharing with a friend or relative, just contact us.

The kit includes: One Top Whorl and one bottom whorl drop spindle, 4 ounces of hand-painted roving with royal blue and deep purple accents on a turquoise background. One 1 ounce roll of undyed white for practice. There are 2 illustrated instruction booklets for learning to use both types of whorl and a plastic drawstring bag to keep it all in.

Spinning is an ancient craft and we made this spindle kit to pass on the spinning craft to future generations. We have a smoke free environment and use non-toxic, colorfast dyes.

This is a wonderful opportunity to learn to spin your own yarn and you can take this anywhere and spin! Go green,use real wool, acrylic yarns are made from petroleum products!

Wonderful kit! Started using it the day I got it and I'm improving every time I try! Great quality, I love the option of having both types of drop spindles, especially because I thought I would like the bottom whorl and I ended up liking top whorl better!
