• We can NOT use brand names (ex> Chanel, Victoria's Secret) due to licensing restrictions

PROOF APPROVAL NOTE: All proofs are sent through ETSY messages and must be approved thru ETSY messenger in order for us to keep track of job specifics. Approvals or changes to proofs must be received by 9:00am EST following us sending you the proof or the art will auto approve. Approvals and auto approvals are final. Changes can not be made after the product goes into production.

-Our business is based in Long Island, NY, operating on (Eastern Standard Time).

-FOR CALIFORNIA AND WEST COAST ORDERS: Shipping typically takes 7–10 business days. If you need your item sooner, we strongly recommend selecting an upgraded shipping method at checkout, as orders ship from New York. Please note that transit times are determined and estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

-FOR GENERAL SHIPPING: At checkout, Etsy provides multiple shipping options with estimated delivery dates based on the full address entered. These estimates vary by location and selected shipping method. Expedited options, such as Priority or express services, are available for faster and more reliable delivery. However, all shipping timeframes are determined by the carrier and cannot be 100% guaranteed, especially for tight deadlines.

-Please note that all delivery speeds and estimated arrival dates are determined by the shipping carrier at the time of purchase and are outside of our control. Ground shipping does not guarantee a specific delivery date and only provides an estimated delivery window. If the available shipping options do not meet your timeline or are too close to your needed-by date, there is a strong possibility the order may not arrive in time.

-For orders that are delayed or not yet placed, we are unable to provide exact delivery estimates, as these are generated at checkout. Additionally, bulk or personalized orders may require extra time for proofing and production. Larger orders can take 1–2 weeks to produce. Please plan accordingly, as we are unable to rush large orders through production or the proofing process.

-Once your order’s art proof is approved by you, it is typically sent to production immediately and completed within 2–3 business days (or 3–5 business days during peak periods). After production, shipping can take anywhere from 2 days to over a week, depending on your location and selected method. Please note that any delays in approval by you may directly impact your order’s turnaround time. If your order is time-sensitive, we strongly recommend promptly reviewing and approving your proof to avoid delays.

-For time-sensitive orders, we strongly recommend selecting a express shipping option. Ground shipping is less reliable, and choosing it means you accept the risk of potential delays. Orders placed close to an event date may not arrive in time, and we CANNOT be held responsible for carrier delays once the order has shipped.

-Please note that production timelines cannot be expedited beyond the standard processing window shown at checkout. Once proofing begins, cancellations are no longer accepted.

-Please also keep in mind the following factors that can affect delivery:
• Shipping address provided (California and other West Coast locations may take longer due to distance.)
• Time of purchase (Delays in placing your order can push back production start and delay proofing)
• Whether the item is personalized
• When your order is approved (delays due to missing information, requested changes on shipment day, or late approval can directly impact delivery timing)
• Production time, as all items are made to order
• The shipping carrier and service selected at checkout
• Whether the order is placed near a holiday
