Dupes: These tumblers will not be branded, ie. there will NOT be any kind of logo. The engraving will be seamless across the front.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS:
Tumblers are purchased brand new directly from the manufacturer then custom engraved and shipped directly to you. I am not responsible for issues related to functionality such as ice retention, lid fit, or fluid leaking. These are manufacturing variables that are not affected by engraving.

DO NOT USE DISHWASHER.

Authentic cups are purchased directly from Stanley in new, unused condition. These are not kept "in stock" and are purchased once the order has been placed. For this reason, NO CANCELLATIONS OR RETURNS will be permitted once the cup has been ordered from Stanley and be sure to place your order early. Rush orders will incur an additional fee. The tumbler label will be carefully removed for the engraving process and included in the packaging. The cup WILL be washed thoroughly when engraving is complete.

** Signature Confirmation & Reshipping Policy **
All engraved tumblers are shipped with signature confirmation to guarantee a secure delivery and to protect against theft. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and that someone is available to sign. If delivery is attempted and no one is available, the carrier will leave a notice with pickup/redelivery instructions. If the package is not claimed within the carrier’s holding period and is returned to me, the buyer is responsible for all reshipping fees. Orders will not be resent until those fees are paid.
Because these are custom engraved items, failure to pay the required reshipping fee does not qualify the order for cancellation or refund under any circumstance. This policy ensures that your one-of-a-kind tumbler reaches you safely and fairly protects both buyer and seller.

📦 Expedited Shipping:
Expedited shipping, including Priority Mail and 2-Day Express (guaranteed) is available to you at checkout for an additional fee. Tumblers with free shipping will ship via USPS GROUND. Please be aware that purchasing expedited shipping does NOT constitute an expedited production time. If you need an item to be produced and shipped in 72 hours or less, contact me for availability. Rush production is a $10-25 fee via a custom listing, depending on order size and complexity.

📦 Shipping Policy:
Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, delivery times are out of my control. I am not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, or any other shipping service.

Please note:
🕒 Shipping delays happen, especially during peak times like holidays. Estimated delivery dates are just that — estimates, not guarantees.
📬 Lost, stolen, or missing packages marked as delivered are not eligible for automatic refund or replacement.
🚫 I am not responsible for stolen items, incorrect addresses entered by the buyer, or packages that go missing after delivery.

If you're concerned about porch theft, especially during the holiday season, I recommend shipping to a secure address or using package lockers when available.

📦 Shipping Damage Policy:
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact me within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item.
- Reports made after 3 days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
- I cannot assist without clear photo evidence, so please inspect your package
promptly and document any issues.


🛠️ 30-Day Warranty Policy 🛠️
I offer a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery against defects in craftsmanship or materials, as long as:
✅ The item was used as intended (normal use, no misuse or forceful handling)
✅ The item has not been altered, dropped, or damaged by the buyer
✅ You contact me within 30 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of
the issue
✅ The issue is related to how the item was made, not wear and tear or user error.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by dropping the item, improper storage, overexposure to heat or water, or normal aging of materials like glitter settling or acrylic clouding. If your item qualifies, I’ll either repair it or send a replacement at my discretion.

- AVOID dropping.
- Wash with soap and COOL water. Dry with smooth cloth. Do NOT use alcohol or disinfectant as this will strip the resin, destroy the vinyl, and ruin the integrity of the item.
- Topper is not dishwasher safe.
- Topper should NEVER be submerged in water.
