At this time, we do not offer wholesale or bulk pricing. As a small, home-based studio, each of our items is individually handcrafted and personalized, which means we are unable to accommodate wholesale volume or pricing structures.

Custom and personalized orders

For a custom order please inquire. Most of items include personalizing with the item purchased with names and any special wording requests.

Discounts on Multiple Purchases & Charity

As a small shop, I work hard to keep my prices as competitive as possible, so I’m unable to offer extra discounts on multiple items or fulfill requests for free products. I do run occasional sales and shipping promos, which I’ll always announce in the shop! While I do support charities on a personal level, I simply can't afford to do so through my business at this time. Thank you so much for your support!

Gift wrapping and packaging

No gift wrapping available at this time. I will package your item with the utmost care so it arrives to you the same way it leaves my studio.

Most of my items have the sizing in Item Details and vary with each product.

Do you accept phone calls or call customers?

To ensure all order details are accurately documented and for the protection of both parties, I only communicate through the Etsy messaging system. I do not conduct business via phone or personal email. Thank you for keeping our conversation here!

For magnets do not get wet, bend or let little children handle . They are not meant to put on side of cars or for use outside. Magnets are not fully water resistant, so please avoid prolonged exposure or humidity. If they ever curl, place them under a heavy object like a book to restore their shape.

SHIPPING OPTIONS AND ISSUES

I DO NOT REFUND PACKAGES/ITEMS LOST IN THE MAIL. I use USPS for most orders. If there is a delay with your order please contact your local post office and inquire about your package with them BEFORE you contact me. If they say your package is truly lost then please contact me and I will try and work with you for a fair resolution. NO REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS FOR PACKAGES SHIPPED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS PROVIDED. You must inform me immediately if the address is not correct on your invoice. Magical Everyday is not responsible for you not providing the correct shipping address. Please check your invoice to make sure this is correct!
