The transition between the flowers is unfortunately poorly executed and looks rough or too thick. Customer service said that there's probably no other way to connect the flowers. It's still not visually appealing. However, customer service went to great lengths to resolve my issue and offered me both a new bracelet and a refund. Shipping cannot be tracked; the status remains unchanged. However, it arrived on time.
